Olivelli respects the privacy of its customers and users of this Web site (the “Site”). This Privacy Statement discloses how we collect and use information on the Site, and the choices that you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

3. ACCESS/CORRECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

Often, Olivelli will not retain personal data it has collected from its users via the Site. Nevertheless, you may request access to any data about you that Olivelli has collected and stored by sending an e-mail request to Olivelli. Olivelli will correct the error upon adequate verification of the error and the identity of the person seeking the correction. The Site is not a secure Web site. Olivelli cannot and does not ensure or warrant the security of any information collected by us, transmitted over the Internet, or maintained in your user profile or Idea File. You agree that any data transmission you make or receive through the Site is at your own risk.

5. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Children and Privacy. The Site is not intended for use by children. Olivelli encourages parents and guardians to be familiar with the Web sites that their children visit. When you leave the Site and access the Web sites of third parties, the privacy policies of the parties maintaining those Web sites apply. Disclaimer of Liability Under no circumstances shall Olivelli be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information or materials posted to or collected as a result of the user’s accessing the Site, even if Olivelli has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This and the other sections in this Privacy Statement should be read in conjunction with and are subject to the Terms of Use.
