Purchasing Maggie Sottero Designs products from unauthorised sources, either on the web or from unauthorised retailers could be risky! Examples: The dresses could be copies, knock-offs, counterfeits or imitations that are certain to be of inferior quality.
Only genuine Maggie Sottero Designs products offer the fit, quality and true value for which our company is known.
The gown may not be delivered even though a deposit or the full amount has been paid. Maggie only ships to authorised retailers. If an unauthorised retailer offers to order Maggie products, they are either ordering a counterfeit product or using unauthorised channels. If Maggie Sottero Designs discovers the supplier of an unauthorised retailer, the supplier is subject to termination.
Maggie Sottero Designs can only assist brides in the delivery of their gown if it is purchased from an authorised Maggie Sottero, Sottero & Midgley, or Rebecca Ingram retailer.
Counterfeit Education
Counterfeit Maggie products are being offered on websites, through web auctions and in unauthorised 
retail outlets. In some cases, suppliers from China claim they produce genuine Maggie Sottero Designs products. But, these products have proven to be counterfeit, causing great disappointment, regret and loss to the bride-to-be.
Maggie Sottero Designs holds authorised retailers to the highest standards of customer service and respect. While our authorised retailers are free to set their prices, please bear in mind that if the price of a product labelled as a Maggie Sottero Designs brand is well below the prices generally available elsewhere, it is highly likely the product is counterfeit or not being sold legitimately.
